Walls
The stand walls are 1 metre wide and 2.5 metres high. Lightweight materials can be attached using small nails or screws.
If you have a free-standing stand or are planning your own wall solution, drawings must be submitted to Workman Göteborg for approval.
Cleaning
Cleaning before the first day of the event is included in the start package. Additional cleaning can be ordered from Workman Göteborg.
Stand height
The general maximum stand height is 2.5 metres, with the exception of lighting and sound equipment. Construction or displays exceeding 2.5 metres require approval from Workman Göteborg.
Applications and drawings must be submitted to monterservice@goteborg.workman.se no later than four weeks before the event. Approval may be granted for an additional fee.

Workman Göteborg and Åbymässan accept no responsibility for goods before, during or after the event.
Goods handling
Goods delivered to Åbymässan can be transported to your stand for a fee. Forklift services are also available for a fee.
If you have goods weighing more than 1 tonne per item or oversized goods, forklift assistance must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
fter the event, all goods must be packed and placed on a pallet or in a roll cage during move-out. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging transport of their own goods.
Goods that are not collected will be charged per cubic metre and commenced week.

Loading and unloading
Loading and unloading time is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
The door dimensions are as follows:
Door 1: 5 m high, 5 m wide
Door 2: 4 m high, 4 m wide

Frequently asked questions
How do you get to Åbymässan?
Address: Åby Arenaväg 10, 431 62 Mölndal
By public transport:
From Gothenburg Central Station, take tram 2 or 4 towards Mölndal. Get off at Mölndals innerstad and change to bus 753 towards Heden. Get off at Åby Arena – from there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk.
If travelling by train, get off at Mölndal station. From there, it takes around 5 minutes by bus or 12 minutes on foot to Åby Arena.
By car:
From central Gothenburg, take the E6 southbound. Take exit 68 (Mölndal/Åbymotet) and follow the signs for Åby Arena. Parking is available directly adjacent to the arena.
Is there parking at Åbymässan?
There are 2,000 parking spaces available on site.
May I drive vehicles into the venue?
Motor vehicles may not be driven into the venue without prior approval from Åbymässan. If you need to bring a vehicle into the venue, please contact Workman at monterservice@goteborg.workman.se.
Is internet and wired connection available at the event?
Åbymässan provides free Wi-Fi for all visitors. Current login details are displayed throughout the venue.
Wired internet access is available at each pillar, and a cable can be hired and installed to your stand for SEK 1,500 per event. For any specific internet requirements, please contact Workman. Your own network equipment, such as routers, may not be used without prior approval from Åbymässan.
What applies to hot works?
For hot work, Åbymässan’s fire safety officer must be contacted at ola@at-event.se no later than three weeks before the event for further instructions. Please refer to the separate specification for the full fire safety regulations.
How does security and guarding work?
Åbymässan is responsible for general security throughout the exhibition area, but not for individual stands or their contents.
If you require additional security for your stand, this can be arranged through Workman for an additional fee. This must be booked no later than three weeks before the event.

Is exhibition insurance included?
Yes, as an exhibitor at Nordbygg Väst, you are covered by exhibition insurance. The insurance covers, among other things, exhibition items and transport to and from the event. The insured amount for property is SEK 300,000. Exhibition insurance terms in English will be available shortly.
The insurance also includes liability insurance. Please note that specific terms, exclusions and safety requirements apply. For more information, please read the insurance certificate and the full insurance terms and conditions. The insurance certificate in English will be available shortly
