By public transport:

From Gothenburg Central Station, take tram 2 or 4 towards Mölndal. Get off at Mölndal Innerstad and change to bus 753 towards Heden. Get off at Åby Arena – you will be there in just a few minutes.

Get off at Mölndal Station. From there, it is around 5 minutes by bus or a 12-minute walk to Åby Arena.

By car:

From central Gothenburg, take the E6 southbound. Take exit 68, Mölndal/Åbymotet, and follow the signs for Åby Arena. There are plenty of parking spaces directly adjacent to the arena.

There are 2,000 parking spaces in the area.

Please note that there is no loading bay available at Åbymässan.

Due to the limited space available, and out of consideration for other exhibitors, loading and unloading time is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
The gate dimensions are as follows:
Gate 1: height 5 m, width 5 m
Gate 2: height 4 m, width 4 m

All goods must be packed and loaded onto pallets or into roll containers during the designated move-out period. This is required as the goods need to be moved.
Uncollected goods will be charged per cubic metre and per started week.
The exhibitor/organiser is responsible for booking transport for their own goods. If the freight forwarder asks us to unload the goods, we will unload them and move them to the stand. This will be done at the exhibitor’s/organiser’s expense, regardless of any agreement made between the freight forwarder and the exhibitor.
For machinery or materials exceeding 1 tonne, or for bulky items, forklift assistance must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance. Full information can be found under “Goods handling”.

Motorised vehicles are not permitted inside the venue without approval from Åbymässan. If this is required, please contact the project manager responsible at Åbymässan.

Åbymässan provides a fast and secure connection, both via wired internet and free Wi-Fi for all visitors. Current login details and password will be displayed in the venue.

For exhibitions, wired internet connection is available at each pillar. Cables can be hired, including installation to the requested location, for SEK 1,500 per occasion.
All orders with specific internet requirements must be placed with our partner WorkmanEvent. Personal equipment such as routers or networks is not permitted without approval from Åbymässan.
